WHAT IS VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN?

By harnessing digital tools, this modern approach allows us to bring your design vision to life, no matter where you’re located. Our e-design service provides a cost-effective solution, delivering professional interior design expertise entirely online. You can collaborate with our skilled designers from the comfort of your own home to create bespoke design concepts perfectly tailored to your space and style preferences.
DISCOVERY CALL​​
Let’s start with a friendly and informative discovery call. During this chat, we’ll discuss your needs, explore the spaces you’d like designed, and talk you through the packages we offer. We'll provide you with a personalised quotation based on the number of rooms you'd like us to transform.

After our call, we'll email you a detailed quote, the terms of service, and a secure payment link. Once the payment is completed, we’ll move seamlessly into the next exciting phase of the design process!
Phase Two
SEND IMAGES AND MEASUREMENTS

As a virtual interior design studio, we’ve made it easy for you to share the details of your space. You’ll receive a link to upload photos and measurements, helping us understand your room’s layout and atmosphere. If you don’t have a formal floor plan, a simple hand-drawn sketch will be absolutely fine.
Once your images and measurements are uploaded, you can schedule a call with your designer to discuss your vision in more detail. We also encourage you to share any inspirational images, so we can get a clear sense of your style and preferences.
If you need help with measuring, we can arrange for a professional to visit and take precise measurements for you—please note this will incur an additional fee.

Phase One
MEET YOUR DESIGNER

Start your design journey with a complimentary consultation where we get to know you, your space, and your vision. In this session, we’ll discuss your style preferences, needs, and any design challenges you may have. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore ideas, ask questions, and see how we can bring your dream space to life.

This conversation is a collaborative process, giving you the opportunity to share your ideas, inspirations, and any specific design elements you have in mind. Rochelle will guide you through the discussion, helping to refine your design direction while offering expert advice and creative solutions. This call is a key step in developing a cohesive, tailored design plan, ensuring the final result is a space that is both beautifully designed and perfectly suited to your needs.
Phase four
VIEW YOUR FINAL DESIGN

Your custom design plan is complete! You will receive a link to view and download your final design package, in which your designer has carefully curated everything you need to bring your dream space to life, shopping lists, floor plans, 3D renders, and access to trade discounts. Additionally, you will receive ongoing support from your designer for the next 2 weeks.

Phase three
REVIEW YOUR DESIGN CONCEPT

At this stage, the designer will begin working on your initial design concept and submit it for your review.
Next, you will receive a link to view your design concept on your client dashboard. This concept acts as a roadmap, outlining our vision for the design direction and highlighting the key elements of the space. This stage allows you to review the design, provide feedback directly on your client dashboard, and ensure we fully align with your vision.

Your feedback is important at this stage, as it helps refine the design before moving forward to the final phase.​​​​​
