1. Introduction

 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of interior e-design services (“Services”) by Roch Interior Design Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to you, the client (“the Client”, “you”, or “your”).

1.2 By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Scope of Services

 

2.1 The Company provides individual interior e-design services, which the Client may select on a per-room basis. The available services include:

    •    Design Concept

    •    Layout Plan

    •    Paint and Material Selection

    •    Lighting Plan

    •    3D Visualisation

    •    Photorealistic Renders

    •    Furniture Sourcing & Interactive Shopping List

    •    Measuring Service

    •    Furniture Ordering

    •    Furniture Installation

 

2.2 Each service includes up to three (3) revisions.

 

3. Revisions Policy

 

3.1 The Client is entitled to up to three (3) revisions per selected service.

3.2 Any further revisions beyond the included allowance may incur additional fees.

3.3 Once a design has been approved by the Client, any substantial modifications will be treated as a new service request and charged accordingly.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

4.1 The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their space, requirements, and preferences.

4.2 The Client must ensure that all recommended furniture and products will fit within their space and can be delivered successfully. The Company shall not be liable for any issues relating to incorrect measurements, delivery restrictions, or unsuitability of recommended items.

 

5. Disclaimer and Third-Party Services

 

5.1 The design plans, visualisations, and material selections provided by the Company are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

5.2 The Company may recommend third-party products or services. However, the Company does not accept liability for the quality, performance, or suitability of any third-party products, contractors, or service providers. Any contractual relationship with third parties is between the Client and the third party.

 

6. Communication and Project Timeline

 

6.1 The Client is required to respond to all communications promptly to ensure the timely progression of the project.

6.2 If the Client fails to respond to any communication within seven (7) days, the Company reserves the right to consider the project complete and cease further work.

6.3 Email support is available, and the Client can expect a response within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

7.1 The Client may cancel their project within 15 days of the commencement of the design process. If cancellation occurs within this period, the Client will be entitled to a refund, less a deduction for the design work completed up to the date of cancellation.

7.2 No refunds will be issued after the 15-day period. The Client is encouraged to utilise the included revisions to refine their design.

7.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate a project in cases of communication lapses or failure by the Client to provide necessary details for the design process.

 

8. Payment Terms

 

8.1 Full payment is required before the commencement of the project.

8.2 Payments must be made via credit or debit card using the payment link provided by the Company.

8.3 The Company offers Klarna as an instalment payment option. The Client must apply for Klarna at checkout and adhere to Klarna’s terms and conditions.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

9.1 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Roch Interior Design Ltd, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

a) Any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided by the Client;

b) Issues relating to third-party products or services recommended by the Company;

c) Damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the transportation, assembly, installation, or use of any furniture or equipment included in the design plan;

d) Any costs incurred due to failure to follow the recommended design plan or space planning guidance.

 

9.2 The Company shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of third-party services, delivery issues, installation problems, or any other factors beyond our reasonable control.

 

10. General Provisions

 

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client via email, and continued use of our Services will constitute acceptance of such changes.

10.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the provision of Services and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
